In the event we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

You may return or exchange your purchase solely in accordance with our Refund Policy

We shall not be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liability arising out of or related to your purchase and transaction with Vhiday.
